Our aim is to ensure the satisfaction and happiness of all our customers. If you do receive a product from us that is faulty or does not meet your expectations then please contact us at enquiries@suadasilk.co.uk and one of our friendly team will assist you.

Pillowcases can be returned and refunded within 14 days of purchase or exchanged at your request.

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of the face masks. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Only faulty eye masks that are returned within 14 days of purchase can be refunded or exchanged at your request.
